Proposed addition/amendment to the GHES PTO Bylaws

NEW/ADD – Article IV – Executive board Duties, Section 1: L
L. A member of the Executive Board may propose that a specified amount of funds within the pre-approved annual budget, can be re-allocated to another source or need. The member shall define a) the specific amount and b) the specific use of said funds, which will not alter (+ or -) the previously approved overall annual budget. The member shall submit the proposal in writing to the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Room Parent Treasurer, and Secretary with a 10-day notice prior to the next in-person Executive PTO meeting. The PTO body must approve the reallocation of funds with a majority vote during the next in-person Executive PTO meeting.
 
NOTE: the Executive PTO meetings are the monthly meetings in which all PTO members (i.e. parents, committees, etc.) are invited to attend and vote.
